Learning who people really are

The core of who people are is based on their value system

When befriending people one must evaluate them as individuals regardless of their religious practices, background or circle of friends.  This will promote the healthy growth of a relationship and the act of living in harmony with one another.  Time and time again we are surprised by the behavior of colleagues, church brothers and sisters and family members because our expectations of their core value system was not in line with their character.  This talk is about evaluating people for their core values as oppose to who you expect them to be because of  religious practices or group of friends.
